A Glimpse into Your Day

Working within a close-knit team, you'll report directly to a highly supportive and energetic Customer Service Manager who is passionate about their team's success. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse range of clients. You will:

• Be the dedicated point of contact for key project customers
• Drive the sales process by accurately managing orders, returns, and credits using SAP.
• Track forward orders and backorders, keeping customers informed
• Skillfully manage and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and pricing queries.
• Add value by advising customers on new promotions and managing stock availability.

What You'll Bring to the Table

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have:

• Proven experience in a similar Customer Service, or Order Processing role.
• Strong proficiency with SAP
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine passion for achieving results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
